"Mix-up with my order, but mistakes happen"
My order ended up being wrong, which was definitely frustrating. I get that mistakes can happen, especially when things are busy, but I was still disappointed since it wasn’t what I paid for. Hopefully they can double-check orders a bit more carefully going forward

So far, it’s been chill. I haven’t gotten any rash or irritation, which is awesome. My skin does get a little dry here and there, but nothing too crazy tbh

"Didn’t See Much Change and Lost Trust"
I used Neora for a while and didn’t notice much of an anti-aging difference. My skin may have felt a little smoother, but my lines looked pretty much the same. For the price, I expected way more. It’s disappointing because I wanted to trust the product, but after spending that much and seeing barely any results, I don’t really feel confident in it anymore.

"Pricing Should Be More Upfront"
I found the pricing on neora.com frustrating. I had to click around way more than I should have just to figure out what the actual total would be, and even then it still wasn’t totally clear. In my opinion, a site should just show the full price upfront instead of making customers dig for it. It doesn’t feel very transparent, and that makes it harder for me to trust buying from them

I tried ordering from neora.com twice, and both times the stuff I actually wanted was either out of stock or had no clear restock date. Super annoying, honestly, like, come on, get it together.
The site itself looks decent enough, but it’s a pain in the butt to keep checking back just to find the same nothing available. Customer support was fine, I guess, but not exactly helpful, so the whole thing felt lame...

"My neora order did show up on time..."
My neora order did show up on time, so I’ll give them credit for that. The box wasn’t in terrible shape or anything, but it did look a little rushed, with a few dents around the corners.
Thankfully, the product inside was totally fine and there were no leaks, so I don’t want to make it sound worse than it was. I just think for the price, the packaging should feel a bit more secure. Not a bad experience, just something they could improve.

"Didn’t Work Out for My Skin"
I tried this for a few days hoping it would help, but my face started getting red, itchy, and really dry. I stopped using it, and thankfully my skin slowly calmed down after that. it just wasn’t worth it for me, and I kind of regret buying it.

"Not What I Expected"
I felt pressured to spend more money once I got started, which was frustrating. They made it sound like making money would be much easier than it actually was. On top of that, it kind of works when it wants to, so it’s hard to rely on it. Overall, just not a great experience for me.

I’ve been using this for a few weeks now, and while my skin feels fine and maybe a little smoother, I haven’t noticed any real change in firmness. For the price, I expected more. I also tried reaching out to support with a question and felt like I just got stuck in a loop of generic replies, which made the whole experience more frustrating. Overall, I’m a bit disappointed.

"Changing autoship was simple"
I needed to update my autoship and it ended up working fine. I did have to click around a bit to find the right spot, seriously, why hide it like that?, but once I got there, the change went through without any trouble.

I gave neora a try, but i don’t really see what all the hype is about. For the price, I expected it to feel a lot more impressive, but it was average for me. Maybe it works great for some people, but compared to other products I’ve used that cost way less, I didn’t notice enough of a difference to justify spending that much.

"Fresh, clean scent that really grew on me"
I ordered from neora mostly because I was curious and just wanted to try the products, i was really happy with the scent. It smells clean and a little fresh, not like that heavy, overwhelming perfume smell that some skincare products have. My husband even noticed it, which surprised me, but he said it wasn’t too much at all. I’m giving 4 stars because one item smelled a little different than I expected, kind of herbal, but still nice. It fades quickly too, which I actually love for everyday use.

The site was kind of annoying to use. Pages took forever to load, and checkout felt messy and harder than it needed to be. When I ran into issues, it felt like everything was brushed off with some policy excuse instead of actually helping, which made the whole experience more frustrating.

"Kind of underwhelming for the price"
I gave neora a try because I figured the ingredients would be a bit more impressive for what it costs, but it seemed basic to me. Some of it felt like filler-ish stuff, and my skin wasn’t really into the fragrance either. I used it for a while and didn’t notice much of a difference, so I probably wouldn’t buy it again. Just didn’t feel worth the price to me.

I cancelled my order, but I was still charged again anyway. Support kept telling me they would look into it, but nothing actually changed. I ended up having to call my bank to deal with it. It was a really frustrating experience.

"Shipping was way slower than I thought"
I ordered from Neora, and the shipping took too long it felt like. I was waiting more than I expected, and in between there were not many updates really. The product was fine when it finally showed up, but the whole delivery time kind of ruined the experience for me

"I’ve been taking the Neora supplements for about…"
I’ve been taking the Neora supplements for about a month now, and honestly... nothing dramatic happened overnight. But I do feel like my energy is a little more steady throughout the day, which has been nice. My digestion seems better too, and I’m not getting that heavy sluggish feeling after lunch as much. The taste is okay, not my favorite, but totally doable and easy enough to take. I’m giving it 4 stars because it’s a bit pricey!! But so far, I am noticing some small improvements, so I’ll probably keep using it for now
